Map the workplace

Broadstripes organizes workers by employer, workplace, and department. You assess each worker on your own scale and can see support charted by workplace and by leader.

The Workplace Explorer shows a whole workplace at once: every department and every worker, colored by assessment. You can also track the social groups workers belong to and the relationships between them.

Record every conversation

After a one-on-one, the organizer logs it on the worker’s record: when it happened, who made the contact, what was said, and whether the worker’s assessment changed.

Each worker’s timeline keeps every conversation and note in order, so whoever talks to them next knows what happened last time.

Broadstripes' quarterly fee is based on how many workers you have in the system, not how many people use it, so everyone on your team — including member activists — can have an account.
